Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the full service fee.

In case of emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Cancellation Rights (UK Consumer Law)

Under UK consumer protection laws, if you book our services online or over the phone without meeting us in person, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your booking without giving any reason. This right begins from the date you enter into the service contract.

If you wish to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, please notify us in writing. If you have already received services during this period, we may charge a reasonable amount for services provided up to the cancellation date, proportionate to what has been performed compared to the full contract.

Once you have received the full service (for example, after completing a consultation), your right to cancel under the cooling-off period ends, as the service has been fully performed with your prior express request.

Refund Policy

As personal styling and image consulting services are provided on a consultation basis, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we will work with you to address any concerns.

Refund Eligibility:

• If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period (for distance contracts) and have not yet received the service
• If we are unable to provide the service due to circumstances within our control
• If the service is not provided in accordance with our agreement

Refund Process: Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the service date. We will review your request and respond within 14 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method you originally used, unless you agree otherwise.

Please note that refunds may be pro-rated for partially completed services, and reasonable charges may be deducted for services already provided.

Wardrobe Purchases

If we assist you with purchasing clothing or accessories, returns and exchanges are subject to the policies of the individual retailers. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges of items purchased through third-party retailers.

Consultation Materials

Any materials, reports, or recommendations provided as part of our consultation services are for your personal use. These materials are non-refundable once delivered.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have any concerns about our services or wish to discuss a refund, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and professionally.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If we need more time to investigate, we will keep you informed of our progress.

If you are not satisfied with our response, as a UK consumer, you have the right to refer your complaint to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact Citizens Advice for guidance.

Service Guarantees

While we provide professional styling advice based on our expertise, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or transformations. Individual results depend on various factors including personal preferences, body type, lifestyle, and implementation of our recommendations.

We guarantee that we will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with professional standards in the personal styling industry. If you believe we have not met this standard, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
